2. Bookings and Reservations
- Eligibility: To make a booking, you must be at least 18 years old. Minors may participate in the escape room experience if accompanied by an adult.
- Reservations: Reservations for escape room games must be made through the Site in advance. A valid credit card is required to secure a reservation.
- Cancellations and Refunds:
- A cancellation fee of 100% applies for cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance, or in case of no-show.
- A cancellation fee of 50% applies for cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance.
- No cancellation fee applies for cancellations made 48 or more hours in advance.
- Late Arrivals: Arriving late may result in reduced game time. We are not obligated to extend your game time if you arrive late.
- Group Size: Each escape room experience has a specified minimum and maximum group size. Please check the details of your chosen game for group size restrictions.
- Pricing: All prices listed on the Site are in USD and are subject to change without notice. Prices include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- Payment: Payments for bookings must be made at the time of reservation via credit card or other approved payment methods. By making a payment, you authorize us to charge the provided payment method for the total booking amount.
- Escape Room Rules: All players must adhere to the rules provided by our staff and outlined in the pre-game briefing. Failure to do so may result in the termination of the game without a refund.
- Conduct: You agree to behave respectfully toward staff and other participants. Any disruptive, violent, or inappropriate behavior will result in immediate removal from the premises without a refund.
- Personal Belongings: We are not responsible for any lost or stolen items. Please leave valuables at home or in your car.
- Waiver: By booking or participating in an escape room experience, you acknowledge that there are inherent risks involved in physical and mental challenges. You agree to release and hold harmless Industrial Escape Rooms, its owners, employees, agents, and affiliates from any liability for personal injury, property damage, or other loss.
- I understand while participating in this activity, I may be photographed. I agree to allow my photo, video, or film likeness to be used for any legitimate purpose this authorizing entity decides, and assigns.
- Indemnity: You agree to indemnify and hold Industrial Escape Rooms harmless against any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your participation in our Services.
